Pole Fitness Classes - Adagio Dubai



Pole Fitness is a fun form of exercise where using your body weight to your advantage, you can build up strength, tone your whole body, and burn calories quickly.
There are only a limited number of seats to this class which ensures you get the most out of your classes. This means, more time on the pole and less time waiting for your turn.
No experience is necessary. Do not feel intimidated thinking that pole fitness is a very complex form of exercise. With our step-by-step instructions, any rookie can start performing tricks within a few classes!
We have divided classes into 8 levels for you to fit in with ease and learn with students at your own level and pace.

Beginner level (Level 1 & Level 2):
Taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment, this course requires no previous fitness or dance training. Must be 18 or above to join.

Elementary level (Level 3 & Level 4)
Here, you get to explore inversions, building on your beginner foundation with new and challenging spins and transitions.

Pre-Intermediate level (Level 5 & Level 6)
This level explores tricks and combinations, moving onto the most complex stages of these moves and combinations.

Intermediate-Advanced / Professional (equivalent to Level 7 & Level 8)
It Starts with an advanced level of training to students who have gained the strength, flexibility and safety skills necessary to undertake this course. Then, we move towards offering the most advanced and up- to- date pole fitness techniques on static and spinning poles.

SUPPORTIVE TRAINING
Practice (All levels)
This class is ideal for students who require further assistance. Students are guided by an instructor in order to perfect the skills taught during the course.
Stretching-Flex Class (All levels)
This class is suitable for students who wish to improve their flexibility which helps you to perform splits, back bends, and enhances general body flexibility.
Private lessons are also available if you want to try pole fitness on your own or with a friend before joining a group class.
